the real yoru fix is to give him 3 15s tps and make the flash recharge every 2 kills

give back 2nd flash, but reduce the max traveling time from 2s to 1s so it's less like initiator, more like duelist, you can only use it on close combat rather than sending flash from faraway.
That's it.

I think the 2k recharge needs to be given to the flash you keep the 1 flash only and the tp goes up a little

1 clone of 150 credit so that you can buy shorty vandal with 5000 credits
Bring back using util in ult form
