i swap often too, heres my tricks:
Stay lower sens, like below .2 on 1600 or .4 on 800.
cycle between 2-3 sens whenever u feel either bored or just bad on the sens
I personally cycle between 0.05, 0.1, and 0.17 (all on 1600)

find a sens u like and understand that if you're playing mechanically poor that it's your job to be better at understanding your sens rather than swapping to what feels good in the moment, that way you build up more consistency the more you play with a single sens

i guess it depends from person to person, whether you use arm or wrist am what mouse / mousepad etc.
but
i was inconsistent with low sens it felt too restrictive, you have to exert a lot more effort for the same results.
high sens had high peaks but terrible lows, too inconsistent.

so pick something in the middle, one that feels fast but controllable enough. for me it was 272 edpi

i just went from sens to sens from pros, eventually landed on one i liked and have stuck with it ever since. it takes getting used to tho, and the more u use the same sens it seems easier and easier. nothing feels perfect at the start. i use 1600dpi .175 (zekken's sens)

Plenty of pros switch their sens constantly, it’s not necessarily a bad thing

Nope. The reason you probably think that is bc everyone tells you aim is muscle memory but it isn’t, that’s been debunked several times. Just don’t be making drastic sens changes
