He was rifling and stayed on the team while c9 was looking/trailing main awper for the team. So basically he retired from cs but stayed a bit longer on the team to help them out. :)
So yeah its normal stats don't look good when your main awper then only forced to rifle.
If you don't know the story you shouldn't talk out of your ass.
I'll put simple as i can for you.
-Stew left the team.
-They never had a permanent 5th.
-Tarik leaves the team.
-Then Ska wanted to retire but stayed a bit longer just to help out the team.
So if the WHOLE TEAM is not perfoming well due to constant changes YOU CAN'T put the blame on one person.
I never watched Steel in his CS days, but would he fall under this category?
Cuz tenz is young and he isnt someone like hiko or shahz who played cs a lot of years in their careers and were declining
