Nerf outlaw instead of bodyshot being 140 damage make it 125 damage
and buff recon shields to 30 instead of 25

125 still kills light shields tho
almost like thats the entire point of the outlaw unc
well if the outlaw were to do any less dmg then it has no advantage over the marshal actually it would be even worse
Honest W with the regen shield to 30, it's minor but useful for the 650 price. Could even do 35 with a price increase to 690(nice)
As for outlaw 125 idk, make it like 130 for easier damage and effectively works the same
