Idk why a lot of people making so much assumptions of him being soft. Im sure the guy understands the power dynamics of a coach and a player. He used to play for a high school basketball team from what ive heard. And also alecks is the type of coach that doesnt hold back either. Only reason ppl accusing him of being soft is because he dislikes frost who is known for being very vocal when there could be other countless reasons to why he dislikes him.
