SA players shown they're not capable on being equal footing with rest of Tier 1 pacific players.

RIOT give SA spot to Vietnam to give other region opportunity since SA fumbled it.
Not to hate or anything but South Asia kind of has had better results than Vietnam in the last two Ascensions
Some other sub region needs to get opportunities too. PH/SA had their opportunities for 4 years now, and those 2 region literally needs to unite together as one in GE (SA org & PH players) in final year of partnership to make internationals. Vietnam being able to host pacific stage 1 finals just help the narrative too. Unlucky PH.
I think I can see SA in Wild Card. There is no reason why PH doesn't have an independent region

Unpopular opinion : MY and ID are the same language and the same optimal server in term of ping, MY should be pair with Indo the same way Canada is pair with USA

If you add SG for cultural geographical and historical reason, then PRX can stay (And I think at any moment in PRX history you will have 3 ID-MY-SG player wish isnt the case with MY-SG-PH

Based on wiki Indonesian and Malaysian Malay are two standardised varieties of the Malay language. If they are mainly mutually intelligible this is enough to argue in favor of regrouping with ID. ^^
As a Malay would you rather be part of the ID league or a PH league ?
VN have opportunities, they share the same scrimpoool with SEA and can develop around that, wish isnt the case of SA.
I'm okay with VN being a region, but SA and OCE both should be a region for ping reason, I could use the crazyguy argent for autumn. Keep in mind we are talking about online tournament, ping should be the main topic when you make boundaries.
