Good shit.... This will be mostly like the way LCQ is being there before stage 2 but from next yr it will be only between OCE & SA. I dont hate this.
I think we are confusing regions with partnered team. The regions are for open qualifiers not for partnered teams.
For instance - prx is sg team but will be a partnered team.
A region for open qualifiers doesn't mean their will be a guaranteed partner team from that region. So I think to compensate south asia, they will give 1 slot to sa org as partnered team. Also I think sa teams will have to play lcq + wildcard teams to have a chance
This make no sens at all why create an offline event when you can both give them 1 direct seed as they did for VN ?
