I don't understand Riot

On February 15th, 2026, I received a 365 day account ban from VALORANT for violating Section 7 of the Terms of Use of VALORANT, which details throwing the game.
I don't remember what happened in that game. What I do know is I looked it up on Tracker Network with the Match ID provided by Riot Support page. And found I went 13/18/5 with Reyna on a 7-13 loss.

Reyna.
If I was banned for throwing, it couldn't have been via use of utility. So I'm thinking maybe voice comms or text chat that I deliberately state "I'm throwing"
I don't know.
What I do know is there ban system is stupid.
First off, before this ban, I had no bans piled up, so just jumping straight to 365 days is a little harsh.
I also spent a lot of time and money on that account, so I ask, why not JUST ban me from TEAMPLAY?
Ban me for 365 days from every mode with the exception of Deathmatch, Range, and Custom.
I can't "throw" a match in Deathmatch. I just want to use the cosmetics I paid for.

i also got banned for 1 year for throwing but i was actually trying to reach the unreachable elo "iron"
I contacted the support and they said 1yr was too much and reduced it to 1 week
