anywho, i don't really understand the recent g2 hate but to be honest, i don't really care. very well played by xlg on ascent and split. i am a bit salty that happywei is this good, but good for him.
g2 looked flat on the last two maps, valyn's calling had a rare off game. i guess g2 can just never capitalize on getting a swiss skip. jawg really needs to have a god game one of these days, he has not been looking his best.

At a point it felt like G2 were playing to not loose while XLG were playing to win it all. This is a humbling that G2 will never forget, that video of them celebrating the playoffs draw will haunt them like the NRG Ardiis vs BLG one.
G2 shooters are nothing like Happywei, s0pp, Neon, PRX, Derke, Kangkang, Chichoo etc. They never winning a trophy, just let that sink in.
agreed, at this point i'd rather them lose another grand final cause at least they actually made it there. the way they played today made them seem so forgettable, i wouldn't be surprise if they bomb out early.
hopefully so. i'm confident that they'll reflect on the humbling and move on stronger
