qatar was weird, like that thing started and i was like "world cup started already?!" maybe it was the calendar, interest or both
i was hyped up about it before but that one felt off, and also mexico bombing out didnt help
I was the opposite case LOL I was like "what took so long?" because they delayed it until Nov-Dec because of the summer heat in the gulf states
Hopefully things are better in Mexico now though
im glad they gave a 17yo a chance and left out a couple players that didnt even deserve to play friendlies
but yeah we havent qual'd to quarter finals since 1986 so ill support norway and japan in case we bomb out again
i dont think its only one song this year, they have a something called the "Official FIFA World Cup 2026™ Album" with a bunch of songs which is why theres multiple

Why can't they just hire artists who make iconic tournament songs anymore? Back then you'd get songs that people still remember years later.
