it creates nice sceneries but its cold and wet and hurts when being thrown at with

Rain and snow are nice to look at from indoors, but not if you have to be outside. Sunshine can be pleasant too, but full sun is uncomfortably bright, in my opinion. My perfect weather would be cloudy, 23 C, and a light breeze - not too bright, but dry, and comfortable.

I grew up in 24/7 summer so for me summer is 4, then winter (snow in particular)

I don’t mind autumn or spring (I love when the weather is colder)

Perfection would be sunlight n roughly 10-15°C

I would bump sunny to 1
and then cloudy > thunderstorm

2. Half Cloudy
3. Sunny
4. Rainy
5. Snowy

Rainy and Snowy are incredible if you don't want/have to go outside

Sunny day in winter is the best when it's warm neither too hot nor cold. 2nd best is heavy rain day.
