what does xross do on phoenix that is worth the cost of not letting him play sova? can't they just francis phoenix xross sova? the worry with francis playing phoenix was that it's not an operator agent but neither is sova so im not really getting it
francis was a scan player last year, xross is more of a flex already
its just more comfortable role wise post yoru nerf
