no full recharge after kills unless you ult and normal knife out speed when jumping while running? the jumping was what made neon take space so easily. if theyre not jumping and just running in thats free kills since theyre soo much easier to track
maybe in ranked but its vct bro the neon is gonna have util to help her entry
obviously but no more full jumping into someones face with a shotgun anymore.
ok and koshmaras doesnt really jump into peoples faces with shotguns that much so i think hes gonna stay on neon
