any tips
learn competitive racism because you won't be able to escape it
if you see a woman try to be composed and maybe don't votekick
Optional: create your own anti cheat
yeah it is. but faceit is also ridled with cheaters nowadays.
honestly i just play faceit early mornings (4-8) cause that's the time when grinders play the game.
i guess it's similar for eu idk but most of the streamsnipers and cheaters are active at night.
in settings disable the death animations cause they will confuse you.
ABSOLUTELY do not reload. the magazines are completely disposed off and the rounds of 1 mag is not saved to the other.
learn the counter-strafe
learn cs movement, it's different than val.
when u wanna stop, pls press the opposite button to that.
keep a small static crosshair, legacy ones are dogwater.
i recommend high sens for cs
learn sprays for crouch and standing.
i love cs man. i've been playing it since 2018 (watched every single major cologne kato esl new york blast pro series, ecs seasons, starlader starseries since then)
I haven't experienced that many cheaters on faceit. The anti cheat works pretty well to at least catch cheaters. And the best part ab faceit is that they give you elo for the game if a cheater gets banned later. I would be gaining +20 elo a week later for a ranked game. W FACEIT
it has gotten worse recently dude. i experience atleast 1-2 cheaters every week/fortnight.
previously it used to be the same guys making alt accounts/smurfs but in these last 2 years i've seen new cheaters come up with dma and some cheat which allows to view clearly thru smokes.
a few more things i'd say is:
a deagle full armour is better to buy than a naked mp9
armour is far more important in this game than val.
aim punch works differently in cs. it works for legs, hands, arms and shoulders; not just the head.
mouse scroll for jump is great if ur an awp-main
the ratio of scope sens to hipfire sens is very bad, i recommend increasing the scoped sens to 1.2-1.4 times your original sens.
do not rely on dinks, they're mostly fake and the enemy is usually healthy.
that's all i guess?
honestly pretty fucking hard. u need to learn movement because otherwise ur a sitting duck.
the peeker's advantage is insane right now, so if ur not constantly strafing while holding angles, ur just going to die.
awping is not consistent in cs2, so i recommend u start with rifles, then make the switch when u feel that u've gotten accurate enough while strafing.
i'd recommend u to watch ropz play. he's a really talented movement guy and plays second awp for vitality.
others would be docc. he streams faceit and is really high up there (3k right now i think)
if u like to play tap/burst fire then u should look at niko's vods, spraying is relatively easier in cs2 if u know the pattern, but the accuracy fall off is a thing so not every headshot u hit will connect
I really like donk’s playstyle since i use the same mouse grip. His aim looks so clean and satisfying and Im wondering if watching his vods would help me improve and learn more about the game
donk's just a monster.... the only mechanic u can copy from his is the donk slide. austin cs made a great video explaining how to do it.
the rest is because 10% of his entire life has been cs...
19 year old guy with 25k+ hours in cs.
the one thing is, if u stick to donk's playstyle it'll be hard to learn movement.
donk uses a lot of crouch while moving so it's going to make it really complicated for someone just starting cs.
first thing to lean is just strafing, then u practice spraying, tapping and crouch jumping, deadzoning etc.
donk has excellent spray control that's why he can do it. without it, it's going to be really hard
you should get prime definitely, the gunplay is kinda better. just go in a workshop and play around with the bots learn the gunplay because cs is more peekers advantage than val have funnn!!
