I thought about a gaming cafe too since in India there are thousands of gaming cafes and they have good ROI but I don't think it will work in small cities like mine even if i charge them 1 dollar only
It will be hyped for few months but will eventually die
People who pay to play at gaming cafes are only at Big cities like Mumbai Delhi Bangalore etc.
I live in a small city with smol population compare to tier1/tier2 cities and the esports/gaming culture is not big here
im not gujju and gujjus are the not only one who knows how to do business
kinda hard to imagine ngl.
in my region the mall here are kinda dead because of e-commerce.
but if it's like, beside a main road instead, i'd probably open a food stall/kiosk of cheap dishes.

shop is at one of the most crowded places in my city and there are already established food stalls/outlets
does peeps in your region love gimmicky food? like in my place there are a lot of fusion food and they love it.

hard to sustain if someone's new to this whole category like me
Tea/coffee shop + something that people on that area like ( multi-purpose entertainment zone for people to hangout )
