No that was true last year but you don't see double duelist double smokes no senti comps anymore cuz you need the raw stopping power of sentinels. Maybe after the Neon nerfs it'll be more doable but not now
"the raw stopping power of sentinels"?? that shit doesn't exist anymore. it's only vyse and most teams aren't running her. you are right that they don't run double smokes much but stylistically the play style of sentinels and viper is still similar
In the context of the Neon meta the raw stopping power is vyse and cypher which have seen a drastic increase in pick rate during the last 2 months. Not to mention that on some maps you still need a sentinel for other reasons than just stalling.
I never contested the similarities in playstyle, it's just not my point
