Do Americas have very less casting talent? Why do they have to rely on Mimi and Ender so much?

agree that vansilli is shit but nobody is worse than mimi. Ender is not even that bad but is just brought down like 5 levels off of being paired with the most worthless caster any esport has ever seen

We had Doug and Balla, + DDK and seangares, but they refused to pay the competent talent, and instead opted for the tier 2 casters, who make the watching experience boring. :(
just make it perma sideshow and bren, 2nd best duo cast after pansy and hypoc
Wyatt and Doug have been pretty good together, but yeah mimi and ender are terrible. Also Balla retired, babybay joined G2, Sean Gares joined 100T, so basically all the good casting talent apart from bren and sideshow left causing them to have a caster shortage.

Balla actually had a kid, so he took a year off, but they never inquired about hiring him again. He has made numerous tweets hinting/stating he'd be down to return to VALORANT, and the only reason Sean joined 100T initially is that they didn't bring DDK and him on to be official casters for the VCT. Babybay filled for Balla, but obviously, he is where he is now. It really does fall on Riot to secure good talent. You could even bring in old pro's, but they will not do it for some odd reason.
First she's not very good at casting exciting plays, second she gets way too analytical while casting which isn't great from a viewing experience, and when you pair that with ender who insults certain teams no matter what they do while also glazing certain other teams like he's being paid by them all while making unfunny jokes just makes it just unbearable to watch.
Analytical content only goes as far as what a team picks at agent select. We just get variations of "This player is really good on this agent" and then there's some middle of the road statements made.
Someone correct me if I'm wrong but there are almost no casters that focus on gunplay and positioning. We get a little rotation commentary but there's no "if-this-then-that" type analysis. It's truly made finding interesting content a 6 year long journey. Everyone sort of just repeats the same buzzwords like it's corporate speak. You can really tell they have no idea how to apply the concepts or explain why they exist in the first place.
for me she is unfunny and can get alot of facts wrong so basically misinformation
it feels like she doesn't know what she's talking about at times, like for example C9 vs LOUD she feigned shock at the fact that xeppaa was playing raze on lotus instead of jackk, as if it would ever have been the other way around
Riot doesn't want to pay the money for more broadcast staff, especially since such a large percentage of the viewers are watching on costreamers instead of on Riot broadcasts
riot doesnt like paying anyone thats why the casts seem so small. they rotate castors and desk talent. thats also why on Internationals the teams are so small as well
