It's Boaster

With yesterday's game he's basically proved it again. Every single new player that Fnatic picks up, or any player that plays for Fnatic, shines under his IGLing.

He brings the best out of his players as an IGL. Cyvoph had an amazing game, the rookie Kajaak got the rookie of the year/player of the year for 2025 (his rookie year), Chronicle and Derke were frying on Fnatic and they're just not on Vitality. None of the players get affected by the pressure of playing for Fnatic.

He's the GOAT igl. No one is close.

I think the team environment makes the biggest difference.
Imagine you are a tier 2 player making ur debut and all ur teammates are super serious you are bound to get scared.

But fnc have like a more chill culture that helps you adjust immediately

Environment is a big factor as well but the way he holds the team together it's incredible to see

i do agree boaster has a big, positive influence but without knowing fnatic and their system from inside its hard to tell whether its boaster or the coaches

Everything points to Boaster. There's teams that have been together for a long time and they're not really on the same level as Fnatic. Also, the on-stage presence of the team and how they're relaxed every game comes mostly from Boaster.

facts.

boaster is the 🐐 but the masses don't like to admit it since it won't fit their agenda.
I'd go as far as saying that he's evidently the goat in general. I mean he's just very clearly the best. He's been aiming, he can igl, he brings the vibes. What can the man not do?

to go positive in a grand final you first have to reach it.

Also he's improved his aim clearly since last year, he's the 7th best player in EMEA currently for a reason 🐐

I have no doubts if the scenario were to be repeated he would dunk on NRG frauds, only won because ohnepixel had lifemeta

he’s right though, no one is denying that boaster is a great leader and personality in and out of the server, but him underperforming in the biggest games is a fact and you know it

I have no doubts if the scenario were to be repeated he would dunk on NRG frauds, only won because ohnepixel had lifemeta

it’s all fun and games until he gets manhandled by NRG or any other team in crucial matches

this year it's gonna be different i read the script
fnatic has 2 french players
do you also know who has 2 french players?
CS Vitality.

That's all I'll say, the rest is on the script.

Once boaster retires veqaj will come back and become igl and that’s when fnatic will become a dynasty

Yeah that's what puzzles me as well, why don't people just admit he's the best to ever do it? He's gotten his team with a rookie (cracked rookie I know), to 3 grand finals in a single year. He's bringing the best performances out of everyone.

Idk why it's hard for people to just say he's the best. I blame the K-pop dances.

Boaster is definitely an attributing factor to players doing good. But not the only reason. Hiro the most noticeable one out of them. I personally think Veqaj/Desmo have been the only ones that proves that Boaster/FNC system works and helps "mid" players look good. The rest could be put to the players actual talent/good mechanics. (Before FNC, T1 wise Veqaj wasn't that good on flex, T2 he only played duelist and done insane.)

Alfajer, Hiro, Kamyk all players that were probably around top 1-10 players in their respective T2 regions before they got a chance on FNC. When Doma subbed for FNC during champs he was the same as the others, a top 10-15 player. CyvOph Top 5-10 player in T2 before joining Vitality and was playing insane for them in T1.

You also have to factor in that a bunch of former fnc players have struggled on a different org; Mistic, Enzo, Derke, Chronicle, Sayonara, Magnum, Doma etc. Also Crashies looks much better on Fnatic than he ever did on NRG

Derke & Chronicle don't look bad, on Vitality. Derke looks really good some times and Chronicle looks just like he did on FNC & Gambit.

Mistic when he left, was already declining even while in FNC, thats why he got replaced. He had a decent stint with Apeks and joined Enzo & Keiko at TL and they performed pretty bad.

Enzo I kinda wish stayed on FNC, but obviously FNC had a chance to sign Chronicle & Leo so went with them. Enzo since switching to IGL has been pretty bad, so its pretty hard to gauge if FNC Enzo would be the same as current IGL Enzo. (i think hes still igling). Edit: Enzo on FNC wasnt the most mechanically gifted player. He was exactly like Crashies. That'd be the best comparison for FNC Enzo.

Sayonara wasnt even a FNC player lets be real. He was in for an off season and didn't play that good while on the team.

Magnum was really good after he left FNC? He was really good in T2, got to the GF in ascension with Apeks, joined KC and won Kickoff, stage 1 & 2 KC made both playoffs and got eliminated by teams who made the international (FUT & FNC), joined BBL and was doing really well there too, BBL then replaced the entire team for BBL PCIFIC, and now on EP they are dominating.

Doma is the same as Magnum, but just not had the opportunity yet. Like I said, hes doing really well currently. Same can be said after he left FNC he was doing good.

Crashies is just Crashies. He's playing like he did on NRG/OPTIC/ENVY. NRG 2024 wasnt that good of a team, but Crashies was one of their best players 100% and I was confused that they let him go tbh.
