comms in low rank

Is there any point in having comms on in low ranked lobbies? Like I get tilted pretty easily which I hate but I'm working on, and like I just don't see a justifiable reason to keep voice comms on. I'm playing phx/iso and sometimes omen when my aim doesn't feel as sharp. But my sole purpose atm is to just get better mechanically and rank up.
