I was going to say just play the game and you will improve but silver since 2022 is crazy do you play on laptop?
Depends on the laptop tbf i was diamond 3 when playing on gaming laptop and reached Asc 3 in 2 month after switching to normal PC so it does make a difference but unless you're playing below 80 fps or have +50 constant ping there's no reason for you to be stuck silver
i guess fps problem , not gaming laptop . if lot of utils can drop 50-60 from 110🥲 . sadly val not available on geforce now

Maybe try and stick to skye and fade over sova since it seems like you're good at them.
i guess i will spam fade more, my skye flash terrible , tht match with skye just pure good day of shooting🥲
looking at ur tracker rn and here are my tips:

stick to playing a few agents. you try to flex too much

do not crouch spray or aim for body. try to aim at head lvl and unbind ur crouch so u can’t crouch even if u want to

u might have a high sens. to figure out ur sense, take ur mouse dpi and multiply it by val sens to get edpi. ex: 0.7 val sens and 1600dpi would be 1120edpi. your edpi should be lower than 600 at the very least. 600 is considered high tbh but if ur current edpi is way higher than this, u should try to switch slowly by lowering bit by bit
