For me a superteam is more how people perceive the roster when it's first formed than what they actually accomplish to be honest.
Ive seen people mention teams like Gambit 2021, LOUD 2022, TH 2024 but to be honest I don't think anyone was expecting any of those teams to be as great as they were when those rosters formed. On top of that I think there's been some teams that were considered superteams that didn't really accomplish much but that doesn't take away from the hype surrounding them when they were first formed. For me this is a non-conclusive list of some "super teams" throughout valorant history:
2026
- MIBR: one of the better teams in 2025 already and they picked up the 2nd best duelist in the region + some proven talents to in theory upgrade their rookie players from the season before
- NRG/PRX: similar situation where trophy winning 2025 teams pick up one of the best available talents to lift their team to a higher level in theory (both are a bit arguable though depending on how much you rate s0m/Patmen)
- T1: another trophy winning team that's struggling a bit but picks up one of the best IGLs in Valorant history to improve the roster
2025
- Vitality: bringing together some of the most praised/talented players in the world on one roster (and Kicks)
- G2: picking up a champs winner in Jawgemo to massively upgrade your weakest position
2024
- Leviatan: honestly just putting this here since everyone was calling it a superteam but I never saw it tbh
- NRG: bringing together some of the Optic core that dominated 2022 with potentially the 2 best players from the EG core that dominated late 2023
2023
- Fnatic: adding Leo and Chronicle to an already pretty great core got a lot of people justifiably hyped
- Sentinels: brought together the face of Valorant (TenZ), 2 world champions (Sacy & Pancada), + the coach, IGL and promising duelist from one of the more promising teams in 2022 (Syyko, Dephh, Zekken from XSet). Also got potentially the best controller player from 2022 involved later that season (Marved)
2022 and earlier
To be honest too soon to really speak of superteams in my opinion, maybe you can add Sen when they picked up TenZ

Idk if TL comes close to TH 2024, practically the equivalent of FNC 2025 lol, reached Masters and Champions finals.
that is more than enough for me after watching my team get grouped 4 times in a row
