since 2 yrs partnership agreement allows you to chose a home region GE would probably be an south asian org next year as they will probably lose to sea teams in partnership . prx ,rrq,full sense ,boom , fancy utd all have an upper hand in sea region and Ge does not have any base of operation in sea .

yeah and I just saw a post mentioning that if a team wants to apply for a region it should 3 players from that region. so its over GE team

Broo... everyone just so underestimates us, in 2021 when game was new our full Indian lineup did so well in LCQ, the real problem only became after 2022 when our players stopped getting opportunities and skill gap skyrocketed. and even in 2025 the best Indian core (skrossi+LF+russ), + 2 indo improts did so well in ascension.
yeh you did well in 2021 when the CS transition was happening. Rn, can u confidently say that your region even have players as good as the ones in japan. The format lasts for 2years which is not enough time for SA to grow talent good enough to compete. I get u want SA presentation but I think riot should limit it to just 2 required players per subregion instead so SA atleast have a chance

I feel the absolute best combination of Indian core can only lets say give tough fight to japanese players, and for me its only 1 core of lf,skrossi and russ, their core defeated Riddle last year as well. but rest others are just dropdead bs players, the 2nd best team from last year in SA got spanked by failed teams from VCL sea in apl last year.
i think it prob won’t turn out well for SA, but i’ll hope some random kid with insane mechanics shows up to save SA

i think his passport may not let him represent SA, but he got indian roots hopefully rito doesnt only look at their passports and more into their family lineage but obviously they aint gonna. Lets hope for the best Cuz not only Russ but also Ion2x and Jerrewin are indians according to their roots.

Mf said GE is greedy, when GE management has always done what is best for the team and their players, letting go of Monyet, their academy team when they got better offers. (No payout for academy team because they got released and then picked up, and released only because they had better opportunities.)
Who picking rossi in 27, if GE chose SA, they will for more younger talent, their last academy had young talent + karam1l, and now all of them are best players in their new team environments.

south asia has countries other than india, mongolia will probably join the SA server too. pakistan as well. there is no reason that itll be JUST indian orgs. also if ind+pak (2 bill ppl or maybe more) cant find 30 shooters does anyone really care anyways
i think you might be biased lol, theres no reason for them not to. pakistani teams play in MENA region rn but geographically they are in south asia

GE has 2 options, either choose SA and basically guarantee their spot but suffer the loss of the fandom of the new roster or take a gamble and go for SEA.

Teams are not bound to apply from their org's organizational base, they can apply from anywhere. Just that the region they apply from, they will have to keep 3 players from there.
The ideal situation is they stay in India, pick up three SA players and two imports, and just spend the time to nurture the team and invest in a long term project.
Ofcourse that would be long and expensive without any viable revenue streams, so they probably won't do that, but one can hope.
More realistically, they shift to SEA. GE has been a partnered team since day 1, and I imagine they won't deny partnership to the pre existing publicly unproblematic teams. Especially with this year seeming promising.
Even if GE lose their slot, I think atleast one indian org gets a slot, judging by the fact that the ewc thing has 2 Indian "Partnered" orgs. But for anyone else as well, the options remain the same.
