Wont turkey still be a subregion of emea they prolly meant it as in for "T2"
i feel like its going to be Orgs that decide the region not the players and the import rule might be the same as before, again just a guess
they would need 3 EU players, so one of the turks is going next year
its EU/TURK/MENA so just three players from any EMEA country that isn't MENA/Turkey
they can just play from turk subregion if they want to

yes but you have to apply for the region, and you will be locked in for two years. there is no way an org with 90% spanish speaking fans locks itself into the turkish region
But why? They are partnered. They will not play open quals anyway. It would literally just be a flag. Nothing more.
They will not miss out on some madrid lan or whatever
I would imagine it makes more commercial sense to play against the bigger name teams in EU for one. Turkey is also probably going to have fewer spots to qualify to the cups, and as an "outsider" org you are going to have a harder time against the full turkish teams. It also locks them into having a turkish roster which imo will be a disadvantage going forwards - easier to build a better team with 3 EU/2 imports vs 3 turks/2 imports
although the qual point might be moot, unsure if you get to skip the regional quals as a partner team or if that was just for kickoff
i could honestly see it being any of them. my gut tells me riens leaves for a higher paying org/"superteam", perhaps fnatic

Heretics would have to drop one out of RieNs wo0t or comeback if they want to be a European team. If they dont they would be a turkish region team.
