Climbing ranks has become impossible.

The rr gain vs loss has become awful. You have to win 2 matches to break even after one loss. Match MVP win will get you anywhere between 14 and 18rr but when you lose the rr loss is always in the 20s. For instance, I won a game 13-6, regular win, no MVP, I got 16rr. I lost the next match 13-6 with a team MVP, lost 22 rr. It makes zero sense.

i had to go 18/7 to get +19 in immo, 2 months ago i used to get that going 10/17 on a win

I think they adjusted hidden MMR to be a lot more brutal to compensate for the derank shield and softer reset because idk why it's gotten so much worse

I noticed the games are wayyy more one sided now, I washed out after hitting diamond and deranked -which is on me, I'm shit but still- I queued FIVE 9-3s in a row. The lobbies are so imbalanced its fucking comical. Its like those val content farms that pump out "five bronze vs five immortals!!!" videos every 5 minutes.

Yeah how riot have fumbled the basic concept of losing about as much as you gain it's actually ridiculous
