yes, but not really for mice.
you can use whatever mouse you're comfortable with but you might want certain types of monitors to maximize the amount of info you get.
I know a lot of pros use mice with a shit tonne of buttons on the sides for quick ability casts.
I would say so but more in the sense that having better ones might give you an extra ms to do something with but like 99%of people don't see a difference as long as the quality is good

a mouse with spammable clicks is important
having lower weight to lower the inertia is important
the coating, the skates are important
the keyboard is important too but idk what they're using
