Some are staying on EF I think I've heard that some of the younger players will be in a academy but not 100% sure on that

part of the transition deal is that the ULF players are signed by EF

Yeah but their roster isn't a starting 5 since s0pp is reportedly going to FUT so one of the EF players replaces him

Izzy replaces s0pp who got taken away but FUT. The rest of ULF has now become EF. Original EF will continue in t2 probably as academy team.

The official statement by Riot is that EF will retain a team in VCL Turkiye, so we'll expect some sort of academy team for the current roster
