Remember that this man is 30 years old, hasn't played professional valorant at the highest level in years, and Santiago is his first ever international appearance. Yet even with all of these factors he still managed to get 4th on the highest stage with some good moments. The amount of scapegoating and hate that he is getting from NA fans is actually crazy but atp I'm not surprised.

yeah he played great in americas and mediocre at his first international and they're acting like he's hitler 😂 gold2 didn't win shit with the previous iteration either
It's also 3/5ths of FURIA's first international appearance and they were praised heavily despite being the worst performing Americas team.
to be fair, the team works around him and he still cant do good consistently
he under perform massively. He was suppose to be one of the main guys in this team and was add to the roster to give them more X factor in the aim to win a trophy. He was the only one who didn't give constant value or have a crazy game changing moment. I understand that the vibes he gives can be important but ultimately you need to have impact when it counts and in my opinion he didn't and in that last match he had tons of chance to get that round changing kill but missed or died. If he plays like that again in the next master G2 should start to look for replacements
