Setting up isn't only throwing util to get kills. While some of the time he does set him up to get kills some of the time like the ag game today there are multiple times where he uses utility just to get him an orb or get him on a favorable angle. He undoubtably sets him up to get him into the best possible position to win rounds as he should being he is the igl and initiator. The idea of setting up a star player to maximize their play exist in every sport/esport, so I don't know why it suddenly doesn't matter when starxo does it.

He's playing fade gang. Shrimp had 2 assist with 98 adr despite his team getting significantly more kilss than M8's. Also glyph went 4/15.

Its cause he got eliminated, its easier to hate him. BBL cant get full hate cause theyre still in it. When BBL do get eliminated, they are gonna have it way worse
honestly i just love the (over)confidence even if said player isn't backing it up with their performance. Toxicity is part of it, and makes the match even more exiting. Starxo isnt the only one that acts like this and the thing is he isnt even bad, remember he is igl too.
Because despite what people say they like (Shittalk, passion, etc.) they like specific players and when other players do that thing they respond in a hostile manner because they inherently don't like that player regardless of whether there is no difference between said actions. The NBA community has this problem when comparing players from the past vs today.

personally i think the amount of shit talking in the scene right now is perfect, the only reason i don't entirely like the bbl guys is because i think they cross the line between shit talk/banter and actually toxicity but that's my own personal judgement
Yeah, I definitely agree, like Starxo talks but in the post-match interview and stuff, he is relatively humble and not down talking AG and taking responsibility for his loss
For the BBL guys, it feels like they genuinely just dont respect anybody, but you could also see that from the POV that they just display themselves like that because they are so passionate
but in my personal opinion i feel they cross the line and genuinely are toxic, like in the NRG post match they dont credit NRG for anything but rather just say they were basic and not good but they just played worse
