We're one br00ch/Layo disasterclass (or 0% pickrate) and marteen nuke away from flash initiators getting buffed and yoru getting nerfed

Sentinels have always been the problem child but I'm sure we'll see some changes soon

Idk, but it should have same duration with previous meta (to keep it fair).

Waylay / Yoru nerf incoming, maybe sentinel buff
Probably wont happen, but I really want a Jett / Phoenix buff
