You could try looking on taobao but they might not ship in time with Chinese New Year coming up or might not ship to brazil and the site can be a bit annoying and inconvenient to use

I also saw a dota 2 AG jacket, don't know what shipping is like but it says it ships to all countries: https://www.thedota2store.com/product/ag-all-gamers-player-full-zip-jacket-outerwear/

Only other solution I would say is that AG will probably be selling merch at the masters venue and you might be able to get one that way.
