Realistic LOUD rebuild

Hey guys! 51st Loud thread this week, no? Tbh, I've read a lot about everything and always wanted to share ideas and debate, but I would always ending up writing books that I feel could be nice threads. Last one was "there is no LOUD fix". Not only there is, but LOUD posted on the Valo channel video called, "last game of this LOUD", like, last game of that roster, making sure to put on the description how shamefull their performane was. One of LOUD's most hated owners were there in LA, putting pressure and surely seeing closely what has to be done.

The ONLY way Cauan stays is if he becomes the IGL, but not only he doesn't handle it emotionally, he's performances could go even worse (if that's even possible). I really want to see cauan doing great again, and everyone in BR too, but he require a very much needed break (smth like mwzera had), considering he has non-stop playing on the world's highest level since 2023 (and BR highest level since 2022).
As that being said, cauan is out. Virtyy HAS to be out too, there's no way he stays, right? Virtyy himself said it was a miracle he stayed on the team as everyone wanted him gone. Romannily CANT be alone there, he has LOTS of blame on his name too, specially on compositions he knew wouldn't work. Go after WKN again, please!
Considering erde is stepping in and a duelist is needed too, one more play have to go. That player would unfortunately be Pancada (specially when you consider erde and darker can play smokes).Overall, his calls are not great, he seems to be lost, cauan (mainly) and the rest of the team sometimes have to do a lot of midrounding and its a chaos. I love pancada but I definately see him retiring after this stint... but in the end it would be between him and darker.
Now, could JonahP, not only join this team, but be last piece of this puzzle IGLing? It's pretty tough, especially considering SEN could join this fight.

i dont see the portuguese speaking team doing any damage, but does everyone in your first proposed team speak English?

It is so hard to watch talented players like pancada and cauanzin look so lost nowadays… I think LOUD never found their team leader after Saadhak left and they have been forcing too much pressure on pancada who is just not fit for being an IGL. Finding a good, available Portuguese speaking IGL (with no VISA issues) seems to be very difficult at the moment, I just hope Brazil tier 2 recovers and produces more players like lukxo and Sato. I wish that LOUD picked up someone like artzin to IGL, I feel like he would have been their best realistic choice.
