I think he just suffered in MENA. He's been looking much better now. Might not have been the right system for him
i think those players will never be able to work in mena but be good elsewhere cuz we don't have structured valorant but we have crazy aimers

Novo are performing well above my expectations. I knew they'd be pretty good but they're kinda farming lower rated teams much more easily than I thought and they absolutely hang against the "top" teams (DNSTY keke)
nah tbh they have a stinker or two on that team. Ticey, Tag and Waddle have fallen off slightly. Creamydreamy on the other hand has been shooting. Tier 1 ready dare I say
It's literally all CIS players I think you need to keep that in mind with NOVO I may be biased bcz ANQ used to play in India in past and was a top player here too but I think with more time and good coaching NOVO will become best team in VCL Spain they already have biggest round diff of all teams when they lose its generally close overtime but when they win they completely streamroll the opponents
I knew that all their players were decent to very strong but I didn't expect them to be that good. I was not familiar with Anq's level on duelist and with Vitie and NoHelp. I just discovered them at the end of the offseason. Obviously I was still expecting them to be a good team purely because of SunfloweR and Nohelp's level during the offseason but still. 13-2ing DNSTY is some mad stuff
All of them atleast on aim are top players it's other things that some of them do lack and struggle with . They never planned to play with ANQ btw they originally had chosen Anoxai but for some reason he couldn't play this split and they roped in ANQ as replacement. and while he has had some off maps which I knew will happen bcz not all his duelist agents are equally good but NOVO isn't flexing him like Valiant they have him as dedicated duelist still I think he is doing pretty good job with it . In neon meta ANQ was MVP of VCL India Split 1 finishing even above Azys for that split even though ANQ's team was doing worse and that's very hard to do when Azys and his team are dominating he generally easily takes MVP home even Autumn and Dos9 failed to dethrone him but ANQ did it for that split on Neon.
