Statistically the best agent by far is clove, followed by some order of Reyna, neon, sage, phoenix, sova, fade, or KJ depending on rank

the clove util is pretty good to make quick plays that dont require ur team, while also making sure your not counting on a smoke from a brainless teammate to push/hold site

There is no character for ranking up. You can play anybody and rank up. Only test is your skill. It doesnt matter how many kills you get, or deaths, the only thing that matters is winrate.
