either you wont have money to gamble or you will retire rich and young
every time you think about gambling you always think about "what if it hits" right?
start conditioning yourself to always thing "what if it doesn't hit" first and you'll find yourself not wanting to bet as much
there are also lots of gambling addiction recovery resources avaliable, look them up online or call a hotline for it
Or you can keep betting and losing and wind up in debt up to your eyeballs and lose everything you worked for in life
Ngl man. You gotta hard quit. I've been there. Giving in a little soon leads to a lot more.
Once you feel that compulsion you need to pull that emergency brake.
