What are some things besides medication that helped living a "normal" life?
whenever i need to do something i slam a stickynote on my computer monitor
it stops me from forgetting to take medication and going to bed at 4am because i havent had a shower
now i need to deal with the procrastination of literally everything even things i like doing
no i dont like actually full smack it just with a moderate amount of gusto
tried vyvanse but it dramatically increases my bpm to 150 and idk what to do now lol
