More pull out time in ult
Make overheal cost more

There's not much else to nerf at this point. We just need to accept that some agents will always be better in ranked than pro play due to their simplicity, and that's not a bad thing

The fact that most games have someone willing to play Clove allows people to comfortably play roles like initiator and secondary controller without having to fill smokes every game like it used to be
