its cold and even in the isolation of my room, i continuesly find myself needing to warm my hand because they are freezing
it has gotten to a point where my performance is declining because my hand starts to shake because of the cold

no its not that cold, usually where i live (in the south), it barely goes below 0c in the winter. its -10 now though for some reason

It's because you don't live in a fucking 45ºC country
The only thing you can do to live confortable in it, is turning on your AC at 16ºC and paying a huge electric bill

In winter you can at least get 2 blankets + a warm clothing and be okay
