Hmm if you like romance probably Toradora or Horimiya.
Action probably demon slayer or attack on titan.
Also watch Demon Slayer or AOT or Death note or the classic Samurai X, anime like naruto/one piece will take months to complete or catch up. Also if possible watch Kimi no na wa - it's a movie it's my fav.

I would recommend:
Erased- good story, good characters, animation is really good, great gateway anime for beginners.
91 Days- set in the prohibition era, compelling story and characters, great themes and development. one of the more underrated animes.
Code Geass- one of my all-time favourites. character development is top-notch, the story is really good, themes and ideas are really interesting. give this a watch if you haven't seen it.
