you improve less when you dont enjoy what youre doing

theres more optimal exercises but if you dont like it whats the point none of us are going pro anyway

Don't try to explain laziness to this community. It's like trying to describe air. They praise and deserve the laziness.

dynamic is probably the best for getting better in val. but imo you should just play something that is challenging and fun so it doesnt feel like a chore. if you get better in one area of aiming, the other areas will also improve, but not at the same pace ofc.

Aim Trainers are a great placebo and help train muscle memory to a certain degree so dynamic would be better, however at the end of the day playing the game is what'll get you better. I had a whole ass routine in the range with dms and tdm sprinkled there and that is something that worked for me over aim trainers.

Yeah, ive seen those range routines like valyn's and nats. But they seem to burn me out a lot. Being able to quantify my progress (thru my scores in aim trainers) makes it a lot easier to stay consistent

had 2k hours on Val, and i improved more with 70 hours of dedicated koovaks practice, than 500 hours of just playing the game

subjective, there are pros that have grinded hundreds of hours on kovaaks like jinggg, something, OXY etc.

there are also tier 1 pros have their own dedicated playlists that they grind daily

not everyone is canezerra where they can just play 3+ hours of competitive 7 days a week just to get a good enough level mechanically
