I don't think it is tacolilla, it is rumoured to be LEV icy or LEV yay. I think it is very likely to be icy though

if yay joined lev during the time where chamber is on the come up again they might actually make santiago cuz iirc all of them speak english
LEV yay with Chamber picks rising and ability bloat reduced sounds like a potential cook to revive his career. Icy could also get the chance, but it would be more satisfying to get a last chance for yay.
