i try to igl in my silver-gold lobbies as omen
- usually try and time executes, when to rush (usually when i have ult), when to play slow to wait for their pushes if the other team is particularly aggressive
- i call crosses with my teammates sometimes and it usually works (sunset boba choke, split ramps to main choke)
- i call rotates if something seems off (too little noise at the start of the round + particularly suspicious empty space on the map)
- tell them to wait for me if i have a flank/lurk and im coming up on the opponents while the team is retaking
- also just the normal callouts of “___ in” and location pings and comms and all that. one game we had on split, our skye planted in the corner near the ct choke in a 1v1 and i told her “be careful drop from top” (heaven down on top of her because rafters is a thing) she looked up and the clove was literally standing there LMAO
you would think this is basic but 99% of iron-gold doesn’t have these comms, it’s just personal attacks
am also having to do this while carrying the team on my back in terms of kda, this is what you have to do to get out of here nowadays

dizzy, wingman, gekko ult, molly lineups
u want me to give u a 43 page essay on what the benefits of viper are on Haven? her walls deny info, give safe passage into key positions on the map and on defence can smoke of alot of space which makes it harder for enemies to push and when Viper is alive and you have retake on C or A, depending on where her wall and orb are, you have alot of good util for the retake. her molly can stall floods, combined with sova shocks and her ult is OP on B for post plant and/or retake.
i play viper on basically every map for the team i am on except for haven
Is your usage of Viper the benchmark of whether or not people should play Viper on certain maps?
considering my 2 radiant coaches make the comps i think i know better than a silver
you realize i could just point to literally every other tier 1 team NOT playing viper on haven anymore as evidence for me being right
there's no right or wrong, Viper on Haven is a good pick, shouldn't be questioned if you're silver, radiant or Munchkin. It works if played correctly, just like other comps without Viper can work as well.
i have zero faith in a silver being able to execute viper on any map and haven is one of the hardest maps to execute her properly on
that's not my point (and Geng is no "random team" when it comes to Haven)
Viper had a 65% pickrate on haven at champs 2025, now i dont think playing it as a gold level premier team is very good but saying noone plays viper on haven is just...wrong

are all of the players going to be from the middle east or are yall gonna include someone outside
