Smurf means you are much more skilled than the rank you play in, in this case Silver is kinda gold so no, it's not a smurf.

smurfing bare minimum would be like a silver queueing with a plat on an alt, golds and silvers can queue normally and mmr adjusts accordingly so thats just you queueing a normal game
