Too low: Vatican, Serbia, Saudi Arabia, USA, Angola, Croatia, Bhutan, Albania, Iran.
Too high: Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Dominica, Central African Republic.
I would also move others around, but the ones above are the most egregious.
Having the kirbati flag in goofy and australia flag in nice looking proves you don't know ball
It's just your personal preference so it's fine but ngl not a single flag from your s+++ ranking would be in s tier list for me at least. Maybe Mexico would be close. Personally I like Bhutan, kiribati and also Wales flag.
