You just don't understand how team system or structure works. Syouta case was just unfortunate that he was in zeta tbh. They changed his role completely and a t2 player will always struggle in an incompetent structure or under bad coaching. Like give Syouta to solo and hsk or even termi he might not become the best player but he will for sure be a upper tier player. He had that potential.
Some other examples of how much team structure and coaching matters in talent development are fnatic or geng or fut. Like give kajaak to fut he will become mid too like xeus despite his insane talent. And geng actually managed to make foxy9 2x better than when he was in drx or they actually managed to improve meteor's or munchkin performance.

a coach is more important than the players. If the coach has a shit system and isn't getting the most out of his players then obviously the players will underperform. JP have proven that their players are good enough as they have been to internationals before so the potential is obviously there
They gangbanged prx in that one game last year out of nowhere and it was absolutely not us just choking like usual. They actually played insanely well that game and had our game plan read like a book. The talent is absolutely there. They just need guidance.
prx is pulling masters/champions top 3,2 without mini/assistant coach. so i don't thing same goes for zeta. literrely one of worst team in the region. and they let go dep is downgrade
