Bang is mid and adds nothing to the team. Zellsis is bad and offers vibes and potential igling which looks to be what they were going to go for before he decided to leave. Common sense on why one was dropped before the other if you ask me.

He was playing like the most mid player in internationals and wasn't aggressive at all

i saw an interview that said kaplan said he was sorry some of the players didnt get to play their game or something in 2025, i think that just refers to bang. They just cant expect him to be some tenz omen replacement when his game is way different

There was a mistmatch with Bang and the team identity, they clearly wanted their smokes player to be more aggressive like Tenz was and wasn't able to adjust their approach to match Bang's strengths. It was just not a good team fit rather than the player sucking. They did the right thing for both parties.
