For me it depends on the time of year like in winter I will struggle to wake up at any time before 11am but in the summer I'm somehow perfectly okay with waking up at 4am
I never understood how people mess up their sleep schedules. Like what is stopping you from sleeping at normal times?
I’m aware, my dad has sleep apnea. Not everyone with a fucked sleep schedule has a sleeping disorder
exactly but you generalizing your statement doesn't account for ppl with disorders, besides there are lots of reasons ppl can't sleep at normal times like nervousness for a big event the next day and etc
Your sleep schedule is not messed up if it’s your work schedule, that’s not what I mean. Obv if u have a night shift you’re not going to be sleeping at night
for me its very strong adhd coupled with insomnia
