I just woke up at 10PM after sleeping for 8 hours

ts is fucked like its so bad that if it gets a bit worse its good again

For me it depends on the time of year like in winter I will struggle to wake up at any time before 11am but in the summer I'm somehow perfectly okay with waking up at 4am

I’m aware, my dad has sleep apnea. Not everyone with a fucked sleep schedule has a sleeping disorder

exactly but you generalizing your statement doesn't account for ppl with disorders, besides there are lots of reasons ppl can't sleep at normal times like nervousness for a big event the next day and etc

Your sleep schedule is not messed up if it’s your work schedule, that’s not what I mean. Obv if u have a night shift you’re not going to be sleeping at night

for me its very strong adhd coupled with insomnia

I generally cant sleep if I'm not completely knocked out
