Is iso usable in pro play

iso can be used as a secondary duelist pretty well but the problem is if you have secondary duelist most will prefer Yoru and Waylay and for a good reason too. It is not like Iso is truly bad but after realizing the potential of those two he cant break into the secondary duelist mold. As for single duelist he is one of the lowest priority pick.

haven double duelist was super popular in emea for awhile, personally i think iso on split is viable and i wanna say t1? used it on lotus and their theory was decent for it iirc, its not meta but it works in a couple places basically

yeah it was t1, goofiest lotus comp but it worked so fair play, probably first and last time sova worked on that map

i feel like i remember specifically the theory of using iso to force a rubble control was good? because a rubble is so important and isos biggest strength is forcing through util to take map control, and there was like a shield wall to cross rubble aswell or something, ibr i was probably half asleep since it was an apac game iirc

that and the C plant denials were insane as well. This comp in the right hands had legs but the undercut changes completely destroyed it (and it began to get figured out as well cuz the rotations were pretty readable)

bbl also used iso on bind against TL in the upper bracket finals and almost beat them but unfortunately nAts dropped 30
TH used iso on split every time they played split. Won 13-8 against APK and choked a 10-0 lead against GX

yea i remember the iso split and im genuinely SO shocked no one else has used it since, i actually think its so strong, the vuln is amazing on split, the wall is good for B and Mid to shut down some of the strongest crossfires in the game and the shield and ult are just generally good, feels like a double duelist comp with iso raze or something would own so hard on that map, like just old PRX double duelist with iso over jett and just hit sites i think it would be so strong
