If you want to look at MIBR 25 for an example, they were doing perfectly fine with nzr but they replaced him with Verno (a player who was much better) and immediately became much better and even become a champs contender if they didn't throw at the last steps.
Also I know you're doing to say "well MIBR didn't win a trophy!!!" which doesn't even matter in the context of this since we're talking about team improvements lmao.
