Yes, a monitor well help you a lot. Idk what u currently use but if its 60 hz then its likely that you're underrated and could rank up with a better monitor.

I’m right now on this random 75 hz from my brother. Recently got dead pixels so i’m wondering if this would be a good upgrade.

Then I would strongly suggest buying a new one because 75hz is for sure holding you back.

it's an ips panel but for 60 more dollars you can get a 300Hz monitor so more hz means better ya feel me

guys i wanted to ask something tech related, its not like u can buy any monitor with any refresh rate right?
it depends on processor and gpu as well? could someone answer this
could my mid laptop(decent enough) cope with a 240 hz monitor?

If you get over 240fps in game then it should be fine

Acer is ass

If the monitor has one dead pixel at arrival, they won't accept the warranty since you got to have at least over 5 dead pixels
